Ladies Winter Lunch

Last Chance! We need to confirm numbers with Bill Mattick's on Tuesday, so you have 24-hours to register.

To celebrate the upcoming season, you are invited to the Ladies Winter Lunch, Friday, November 21, at 12:00 noon at Bill Mattick’s Restaurant!

If you are able to attend, please note the following:

• Bill Mattick's has changed the way they accept group bookings. We are now required to provide a credit card for the booking, which will be charged $25 per person for any no-shows or cancellations less than 3 hours before the event starts. 
• If you need to cancel after registration closes on November 10, you must do this by 12pm on Thursday, November 20 through the Camosun Gyro website or if you miss this deadline, by sending an email directly to mjlsing@proton.me prior to 9am on Friday, November 21.
• If we are charged a fee because you registered and didn't cancel, Camosun Gyro will invoice you for the $25 charge, which can be paid by cheque or e-transfer.
• Each attendee pays for her own lunch.  
• This is a no guest event (only Lady Gyros and Golden Girls).
